Egyptian Women Started Weaves, Wigs, Braids and Sew On Hairpieces

Proof of hair weaves goes back to about 3,400 B.C. where the first documentation of weaves or braids is found. In ancient egypt the first hair weaves were brought or traded human hair that was mixed with dyed sheep's wool. They used braids and beeswax to attach these weaves.
