Minors In America CAN Smoke Cigarettes, They Just Can't Buy Them??

It is completely legal for minors to smoke cigarettes in America, they just can't buy them. Go Figure. So next time you see a minor smoking a cigarette remember it's totally legal. 

Not much more you can say about this except you can go to war at age 17, but can't buy a smoke in the country you're fighting for.
