A judge has no control or authority over anyone unless YOU GIVE that judge consent. The trick is most people don't know when they gave this consent. You give control over your body (*Jurisdiction) to the judge by answering their questions in a normal, competent manner. If you never answer the judge's questions, give indirect answers, or simply answer like you have no sense, the judge can't adjudicate the case and has absolutely no power over you. However, if you answer any question by the judge in a normal way you will indirectly give the judge permission to have control over you. Your options are to not answer at all, respond only with questions, or simply act completely ignorant. Saying things like "Not Sure", "Maybe", or simply having all your answers on paper can help do this. This video shows a great example of how to do this and get your case dismissed every time. At 1:22 you clearly hear the Judge say "He's not giving me the answers I NEED". DON'T GIVE JURISDICTION!!!
