How To Beat Every Traffic Ticket: Don't Claim The Name In Court, Listen To This Carefully And Repeat

American courts are strictly set up for the ignorant and uneducated. Every once in a while a evil prosecutor has to deal with someone who actually knows the law and did their homework. If you don't already know, YOU ARE NOT YOUR NAME. You are a HUMAN BEING. Your name is something you use, you don't own your name and are not liable for it. The courts can't charge HUMANS with traffic violations. However, they can charge a NAME with anything they want to. The trick is getting the human to Accept Responsibility for the NAME being charged. Humans INDIRECTLY accept responsibility for the NAME by admitting in court that they are said "Defendant (NAME)."  Don't ever admit to being the defendant (NAME).

When your name is called in court, you go up and inform the court that you are "Making A Special Appearance as witness for the defendant", (YOUR NAME). They will threaten you with Failure To Appear if you don't agree to accept the NAME as being YOU. This is when you inform them that the United States Corporation owns that NAME and you are not liable for that NAME. If they still threaten you with failure to appear, inform the court that YOU HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO USE THAT NAME, BUT YOU DON'T OWN IT AND ARE NOT LIABLE for it's charges.
